1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will be working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM, and various schedules are available to suit different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and inspect product quality.
• Work independently to assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
