1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with the team.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
