We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products to our stores and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
