1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concerns for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
