Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
