Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Work independently and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
