Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and raise concerns to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
