Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
