1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products within the warehouse, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately within company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
