Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to contribute to our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate within safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate concern for product quality and safety.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, and pull.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
