1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements through general cleaning.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
