Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the quality they expect. With a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and communicate effectively within the team.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt positively, drive for success, organize efficiently, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
