Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock handling, merchandise organization, and warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
