Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

We are currently seeking a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to management for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
