Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties, including receiving and stocking merchandise, relocating products within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to process improvements. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, organization, and efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely
• Basic arithmetic skills
