1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
