2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in effectively handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret company policies, perform basic arithmetic, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Physical agility to perform various tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
