2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a well-established company offering competitive wages and benefits. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
