Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This role offers a competitive starting wage and various shift options to suit your schedule. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and working collaboratively to achieve set goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
- Organize and relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise strategically for shipping and assist in unloading procedures.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse appearance requirements.
- Contribute suggestions for process improvement to the warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adhere to company policies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
