2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring accurate shipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
