2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, and adapt positively to challenges.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
