Position: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse and prepare for shipment.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning, inventory counts, and quality inspections.
• Cooperate with peers and suppliers, provide feedback for process improvement.
• Independently make decisions, achieve budgeted goals, and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organizes, executes tasks with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate industrial equipment.
• Varying temperatures, ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk.
