2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. In addition, you will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and achieve operational goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
