2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. This role involves working closely with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and achieve set goals. Job Type

• Full-Time (30-35 hours per week)
• Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
