2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join its dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency according to ALDI Acts competencies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in various temperatures.
