We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to a well-organized and safe warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
