2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise in the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
