2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our efficient warehouse operations team. As a part-time employee, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Your responsibilities include selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts and process improvements. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, safety, and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
