Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our warehouse operations team. Our warehouse employees play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer recommendations to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration within a team environment.
• Show resilience, drive for success, and efficiency in execution.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
