2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate must be able to work with or without accommodation and perform tasks accurately and within company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide feedback on process improvement to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration with the team, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk within the warehouse environment.
