2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM, and we offer various schedule options to choose from.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning, participate in inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, contribute to process improvements, and achieve budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
