2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Package Handler to join the dynamic team at Aldi on the 2nd shift. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, fulfilling orders, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. The role involves working collaboratively with team members, communicating effectively, and adhering to safety guidelines. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to warehouse management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment and perform tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of performing basic arithmetic equations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
