2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, performing general cleaning duties, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input on process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met. The role requires working independently within the delegated area of responsibility, achieving budgeted goals, and following company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments, and operating powered industrial equipment safely.
