We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
