2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler and be a part of our dedicated warehouse team. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores, providing quality service to our customers. As a part-time position, you will work under 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise to prepare for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in variable temperatures.
