Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for efficient processing.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
