2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse team. This part-time position entails working fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with the team and management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success and act independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of basic arithmetic equations.
