Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
