2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration in a team environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
