2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating stock within the warehouse to fulfill orders from stores. Your duties will include sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and cooperating effectively with peers and leadership. You will also provide input to improve processes, inspect product quality, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
