2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our expanding team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
