Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Independently make decisions to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
