2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, a leading company in the retail industry. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling and distribution of products to our stores. The position offers competitive pay starting at $25.75 per hour and involves moving, organizing, and loading merchandise within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic organization for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect, consult, and maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates integrity, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Maintain physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks in various temperatures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
