2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and carry throughout the warehouse.
