2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Shift Schedule Options

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekend shifts
• Schedule C: Alternating weekend shifts
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Job Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate effectively with the team, exhibit a positive attitude, drive for success, and possess organizational and efficiency skills. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position involves lifting and moving products of up to 45 pounds, working in varying temperatures, and operating powered industrial equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks is essential.
