Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving and organizing stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
