2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
