Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, contribute to process improvements, and achieve budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements and product quality.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
