2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Work both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks followed by 2 consecutive weekdays off.
• Schedule C: Work both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend with 2 weekdays off each time.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
