Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing and organizing merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring timely shipments and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place up to 45 pounds of product.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate powered industrial equipment.
